Democrat Arvind Venkat is running against Republican Cindy Kirk in Allegheny County.
PA Fund for Change announces a direct mail program to educate voters in the 30th State House district about Cindy Kirk’s extreme views that are not what Pennsylvanians want or need.
The four piece persuasion mail program will communicate with 19,394 voters in 13,201 households and will drop on 9/26, 9/30, 10/5 and 10/11.
