Democrat Brian Wrightson is running against Republican Rosemary Brown.
PA Fund for Change announces a direct mail program to educate voters in the 40th State Senate district. The four-piece mail plan will be sent to 74,748 voters/48,440 mailboxes and will drop on 10/8, 10/14, 10/20 and 10/26. The focus of program will be contributions to Brown’s campaign by big tech companies trying to fast-track the construction of data centers, Brown took hundreds of thousand form a dark money group funded by a single billionaire donor, and Brown voted to protect record utility companies profits.
In addition, the PA Fund for Change announces a digital/streamind program in SD 40 to run from week 9 through week 5. The streaming TV campaign will be targeted to A35+ in the district.
Finally, a broadcast and cable television advertising campaign will begin on 9/29 and run through Election Day.
